- Implement business processes and improvement strategies across supply chain and replenishment operations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions and ensure stakeholder execution
- Support supply chain processes through the distribution network and fulfillment centers
- Direct resolutions and respond to escalations involving shipping, receiving, inventory, returns, and supplier compliance
- Analyze data and root causes to improve network efficiencies and resolve daily and escalated exceptions
- Conduct performance reviews of merchandising departments, distribution centers, and suppliers
- Provide field-level operational direction and act as liaison with suppliers and transporters
- Design, develop, and deliver improved ways of working among supply chain stakeholders
- Prioritize product flow objectives and manage process corrections, errors, and feedback loops
- Identify service-level improvement opportunities and apply end-to-end costing and lean concepts
- Recommend cost reductions and process efficiencies
- Provide expert advice and guidance on information and best practices
- Build stakeholder relationships and partnerships and implement business solutions
- Monitor progress and results, recognize improvement opportunities, and adapt to organizational changes
- Model Walmart policies, values, ethics, compliance, and standards of integrity
- Foster respect, belonging, collaboration, feedback, coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement
- Must have completed a Summer 2026 Walmart or Sam’s Club internship

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area
- Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Retail Operations (preferred)
- Transportation (preferred)
- Master’s in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain (preferred)
Demonstrates expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and process improvement, with a focus on stakeholder collaboration and operational efficiency. Capable of analyzing data to drive decision-making and implement sustainable solutions across distribution networks.
