- Implement and enhance supply chain and replenishment processes with cross-functional teams

- Ability to analyze complex data sets and recommend cost-effective improvements
- Supplier performance management and escalation management experience
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders, suppliers, and distribution centers
- Commitment to compliance, ethical standards, and continuous improvement
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Replenishment, Inventory Management, or related retail operations
- Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis platforms
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for data analysis, automation, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Familiarity with Walmart systems including WTMS, Transom, Blue Yonder, Retail Link, or similar platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area
Demonstrates expertise in Supply Chain Management, focusing on process improvement, root cause analysis, and supplier performance management. Proficient in data analysis and visualization, utilizing tools like Tableau and Power BI to drive operational efficiency.
