Maintenance Tech at Hillcrest Health & Living
Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Tech for Hillcrest Health and Rehab in Bellevue.
Pay: Starting at $19.00+ per hour based upon experience.

- One year of experience performing building maintenance.
- HVAC system knowledge is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed daily.
- Assist departments with move-ins/setting up equipment needed for resident care.
- Perform building repairs such as but not limited to drywall repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting.
- Document completed work.
- Respond to and complete work orders in a timely manner.
- Available for on-call as needed and/or scheduled.
