Role Description The Contract Cleaner role is an on-site position based in Bentonville, AR. In this contract role, the cleaner will perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in small businesses, homes, and short-term rental properties. Responsibilities include cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, removing trash, changing linens, restocking basic supplies, and ensuring spaces are guest-ready and presentable.

The Contract Cleaner will follow established checklists, use provided cleaning products and equipment safely, and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor. The role may require flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, based on client schedules.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with general cleaning tasks, including floor care, surface cleaning, restroom sanitation, and basic organizing.
• Ability to follow detailed checklists and instructions to ensure consistent cleaning standards across different property types.
• Strong time management skills, including the ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight turnaround times for Airbnb and other clients.
• Reliability and professionalism, including punctuality, respectful communication with clients, and careful handling of client property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift light to moderate loads, and perform repetitive cleaning motions throughout the shift.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations in and around Bentonville, AR.
• Previous experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality cleaning is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to complete training on company cleaning standards and safety practices.
