• Lead the modernization of shipper success operations to enhance scalability and efficiency
• Coach and develop associates, building future leaders and elevating team capabilities
• Drive shipper growth and satisfaction through improved service and value creation
• Oversee escalations, analyze root causes, and implement action plans
• Establish and manage KPIs, dashboards, and performance rhythms

• 5+ years’ experience in transportation, logistics, or freight-based operations
• Proven leadership in customer success or account management teams
• Strong operational execution and process improvement skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to turn vision into action
• Experience with technology modernization and KPI frameworks is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.

2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
