* Present project updates to key leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
* Partner with internal and external teams to coordinate project scope, schedule, and budget.
* Identify and communicate program trends, providing insights and developing cross-functional solutions as needed.
* Develop and refine processes to optimize procedures, reduce timelines, and enhance consistency across projects.
* Lead project coordination meetings with all key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
* Serve as a team leader and subject matter expert, supporting other Walmart business initiatives and consulting on project-specific needs.
* Maintain and adjust project timelines, verify material procurement and delivery, and ensure construction quality aligns with design specifications and schedules.
What You'll Bring…
* Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time for site visits and project management.
* Experience managing large-scale industrial automation projects, projects in operating facilities, and industrial remodels.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple site development projects simultaneously, including new construction and tenant improvements.
* A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement for yourself and the business.

* Strong prioritization and coordination skills, with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
* Excellent analytical, reasoning, and communication skills.

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, with 3-5 years' experience in Commercial Real Estate or Warehouse site development, building design, and construction management; OR 8-10 years' experience in site development, building design, and construction management.
