Role:
Senior Vice President of Operations (SVP, Operations) to lead the end-to-end operational excellence of an 800-acre, mission-driven campus undergoing rapid expansion. This is a senior leadership role for a hands-on systems builder who can architect operational infrastructure in a fast-scaling environment. The SVP will design and implement the processes, software platforms, vendor systems, and accountability structures that allow a complex physical campus to scale without sacrificing guest experience or operational excellence.
This leader will oversee all non-academic, non-fundraising operations — ensuring the campus is safe, functional, financially disciplined, and delivers a world-class experience to every guest. The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments where ambiguity is high, expectations are elite, and operational complexity is significant.
Why this role matters:
Our client is scaling rapidly. Without disciplined operational infrastructure, growth becomes fragile. The SVP of Operations ensures that facilities, systems, vendors, teams, and budgets scale seamlessly alongside mission expansion, building the operational backbone that allows the organization to grow aggressively while delivering a world-class campus experience.
