** As an Assistant Manager, you will:*
* + Demonstrate a passion for managing overall operations.
+ Train, develop, and recognize the best people.
+ Manage daily activities to ensure excellent customer service.
+ Ensure food quality and safety.
+ Adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
+ Create a surprisingly fast Speed of Service.
+ Ensure a refreshingly clean environment.

* + Be able to lift 40 pounds
+ Stand on your feet for several hours at a time
+ Basic computer skills
+ Good Driving Record
+ Restaurant Experience
+ 1-2 Years Management Experience
