- Manage AOP/LRP planning for the Energy Infrastructure and Operational teams
- Analyze costs, forecasts, and operational processes to optimize strategic business work streams.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, innovation, and sustainability within energy operations.
- Foster a culture of integrity, ethical conduct, and compliance across teams and partnerships.
- Build and develop high performing teams through talent management, coachig,and succession planning.
- Cultivate strong internal and external relationships to support business goals.
