The team establishes sustainable governance and operating rhythms to advance projects independently, focusing on strategic planning, risk management, and data-driven investment decisions. Aligning technology strategy with business goals, it drives lasting transformation. Emphasizing effective project management, financial oversight, and stakeholder collaboration, the team ensures streamlined delivery and continuous improvement across Walmart’s marketplace technology landscape, fostering operational excellence and value creation.
