Role summary: As the Director, Supplier To Serve, you will lead strategic initiatives that enhance supplier relationships and drive operational excellence across the supply chain. This role requires strong leadership and financial acumen to oversee governance and continuous improvement processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will champion transformational change and manage data-driven strategies to optimize supplier performance and service delivery.

About the team: The SBO Global Ops & Transformation team designs, scales, and continuously enhances the Store Back Office operating model across North America and international markets. The team focuses on operational excellence, process transformation, automation, data-driven decision making, and AI adoption to simplify operations, improve supplier experience, strengthen controls, and increase productivity. Collaborating closely with Business, Product, and Technology teams, the group builds a scalable global platform that supports market expansion, standardization, and long-term value creation.

This team emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and continuous improvement to drive impactful results.
