United Industries is seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our Extrusion Department at our Bentonville, AR facility. The department includes multiple extrusion lines that produce both foam and solid sheet products. If you have a passion for manufacturing, leadership, and ensuring quality and safety in production, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the production team within the extrusion department
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on continuous extrusion lines
- Ensure safe operation of all equipment and adherence to safety standards
- Select, train, and develop personnel to optimize team performance
- Develop and implement operating procedures
- Maintain and uphold quality standards across all extrusion products
- Proven experience in extrusion or plastics manufacturing
- Knowledge of equipment and processes, including:
- High-impact polystyrene sheet production
- Foam recycling processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
