What It Takes to Crush It
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (1 year minimum)
- Show up on time, geared up, and ready to work
- Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and machines
- Detail-driven - your work has to hold up
- Safety first, crew always

- Assemble and prep medium-gauge cables for processing and shipment
- Perform detailed handwork to strip, prepare, and handle cables accurately
- Inspect products to ensure they meet customer quality specifications
- Maintain production pace in a fast-moving assembly environment
- Follow written and verbal work instructions carefully
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status or quality concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
