What you'll do:

• Leadconceptdevelopment,system design,detailedengineering,andinvestmentrecommendationsfornext-generationfulfillmentautomation.
• Translate business,capacity,andoperationalrequirementsintoscalablefacilityconcepts,automation architectures,material flows,anddesignstandards.
• Usedata,simulation,andfinancialanalysistoevaluatetradeoffs,validate performance,andguidetechnologyandinvestmentdecisions.
• Leadcross-functionaldesigneffortswith
  
  Operations,Network Design,Real Estate,Construction,Product,Finance,andautomationpartners.
• Buildengineeringcapability,strengthendesignstandards,andensureconceptstransitioneffectivelyintoexecutionanddeployment.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in automation engineering, systems design, and integration within complex supply chain environments.
• Proven ability to leverage data analysis and advanced analytics to influence strategic decisions and optimize automation performance.
• Strong project management skills, including risk identification, contingency planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated business acumen with expertise in developing strategic roadmaps aligned to business objectives and financial analysis.
• Effective communication and influencing skills to present complex information clearly and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Experience mentoring teams and fostering continuous improvement through operational excellence and talent development.
