Theteamdefinessystemarchitectures,material flows,capacity models,anddesignstandards,usingsimulationandengineeringanalysistoevaluatenewtechnologiesandconcepts.

Ourworkexpands Walmart’sautomationportfoliowithsolutionsthatcanbedeployedfaster,adaptedtochangingrequirements,andscaledacrossabroaderrangeoffulfillmentenvironments.

What you'll do:

• Leadconceptdevelopment,system design,andinvestmentrecommendationsforflexibleandemergingfulfillmentautomationsolutions.
• Translatebusinessandoperationalneedsintoscalableautomationarchitectures,material flows,capacity models,anddesignstandards.
• Usedata,simulation,andfinancialanalysistoevaluatetechnologies,designtradeoffs,scalability,andROI.
• Leadcross-functionaldesigneffortswith
  
  Operations,Product,Finance,Real Estate,Construction,andtechnologypartners.
• Buildengineeringcapabilityanddeveloprepeatable,modularconceptsthattransitioneffectivelyfrompilotthroughscaleddeployment.
• Developandmentortop-tierautomationtalent,fosteringahigh-performingteamwiththetechnicalexpertise,strategic perspective,andcollaborativeskillsneededtodeliverinnovativefulfillmentsolutions.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in automation system design, integration, and implementation within complex supply chain environments.
• Strong data analysis skills to develop insights, influence strategic decisions, and drive technology adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex information clearly and credibly.
• Experience in project management, including risk identification, contingency planning, and performance monitoring.
• Business acumen to develop and evaluate business cases, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and ROI.
• Proficiency in process design, continuous improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to achieve shared goals.
