Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse (FM)
MANA Family Medicine SW Bentonville is seeking an experienced, reliable LPN or RN to join our patient‑focused team. This role supports physicians in delivering high‑quality care, maintaining clinic flow, and ensuring patients receive the attention and follow‑up they need.
LPN/RN Responsibilities:- Ensures pre‑visit planning workflow is completed prior to visit, whenever possible
- Optimizes care coordination with hospitals, emergency room, consulting physicians, and community resources as needed
- Develops workflow to ensure smooth transition of care for patients treated in facility by a specialty position or other healthcare provider
- Reviews after‑visit summary with patients when appropriate
- Triage patients to ensure productive departmental flow
- Graduation certificate from accredited LPN/RN school of nursing
- Active LPN/RN license
- 1 year experience preferred, but not required
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No weekends or major holidays
- Up to 21 paid days off
