Schedule:

3x12, 7pm-7am

• Perform basic patient care as delegated by an RN, including monitoring vital signs, possible blood glucose measurements, and accurate intake/output recording.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating, toileting, ambulation).
• Observe and promptly report abnormal physical, mental, or emotional findings to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well‑stocked patient rooms and common areas.
• Manage the tech desk and support nursing/physician staff and overall department throughput.
• Document care and activities per unit standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned; participate in performance improvement and required education.

• High School diploma preferred.
• SRNA or EMT license preferred.
• BCLS required;
  Handle with Care preferred.
• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment; rapid learning and navigation of multiple software systems; effective English communication (read/write/speak).
• Complete the Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.
