Role
Role: The Primary Care Patient Care RN collaborates with providers and the clinical team to deliver safe, timely, effective, and patient-centered care aligned with organizational standards and values.
Responsibilities- Partner with patients and healthcare team members to drive quality outcomes.
- Perform clinical duties and support systematic care delivery in a primary care setting.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Hold an RN or LPN license meeting state requirements.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, standing, and reaching.
- BLS certification required.
- Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or specialized unit certifications may be necessary based on the specific role.
