Travel Registered Nurse Intensive Care Unit jobs in Bentonville, AR let you care for critically ill patients in a hospital offering inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic imaging, medical, surgical, and emergency services. You will assess, monitor, and provide advanced care for ICU patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and document in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a valid Arkansas RN license or compact license, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications, and at least 2 years of recent intensive care unit nursing experience.
Recommended skills include strong clinical judgment, adaptability, teamwork, proficiency with ICU monitoring equipment, and experience with high-acuity cases. Familiarity with EMR systems and the ability to manage stress in fast-paced environments are valued.
