The Director, Professional Practices, Quality & Special Programs leads the professional practices and quality infrastructure that enables Global Audit to deliver consistent, high-quality, standards-aligned work globally. This role collaborates with the CAE Chief of Staff, Global Audit leadership, and cross-functional partners to define and maintain audit methodology, strengthen QAIP, support IIA Standards alignment, govern Audit Board-enabled processes, and advance training, onboarding, and audit lifecycle enablement.

The Director also oversees selected special programs and quick-turn review processes that require strong audit judgment, discretion, documentation discipline, and coordinated execution, including related party transaction support and targeted procurement/global sourcing audit support.

The Transformation & Enablement team supports the Internal Audit Department globally through four key areas:
Methodology, Insights, Transformation, and Global Coordination. This team empowers the audit organization to operate consistently, make informed decisions, pursue continuous improvement, and maintain alignment across all markets. By providing strategic guidance and tools, the team enhances audit planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance efforts worldwide, ensuring effective collaboration with leadership and stakeholders to uphold high standards and drive successful audit outcomes.

• Drivequalityimprovement,consistency,andfuturereadiness.
• Ownprocurement/globalsourcingstakeholdersupport,internationalhomeofficesupport,andrelatedpartyprocesses.
• Leadanddevelopateamresponsibleforprofessionalpractices,quality support,auditenablement,special programs,globalcoordination,and technology-enabledauditimprovement.

• StrongknowledgeofIIAStandards,QAIP,auditmethodology,controls,risk assessment,andauditlifecyclepractices.
• Provenabilitytodriveconsistency,quality,andcontinuousimprovementacrossglobalteams.
• Experienceusingtechnology,analytics,automation,orAI-enabledsolutionstoimproveauditeffectivenessandefficiency.
