We are seeking an Operations Research Scientist to support large-scale transformation initiative supporting remodel platforms by driving end-to-end automation, optimization, and AI-powered decisioning. Target scope will include inventory management and project phasing capabilities.

• 4–8+ years in Operations Research, optimization, or supply chain analytics
• Expertise in LP, MIP, constraint programming
• Python + OR tools (Gurobi, Pyomo, OR-Tools)
• SQL, data analysis
• Experience solving large-scale logistics problems
• Retail/logistics environments
• Warehouse network design
• Production optimization systems in cloud
