The Manager, Product Development leads the end-to-end management of product life cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This role collaborates cross-functionally to drive product strategies, resolve issues through root cause analysis, and maintain quality standards. The position involves overseeing sourcing activities, conducting market research, and providing insights to senior leadership to enhance product offerings. By fostering strong partnerships and streamlining processes, the manager ensures timely delivery and continuous improvement while supporting team development and upholding company values and ethical standards.

• Manage product specifications throughout the lifecycle to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive product development initiatives and resolve issues.
• Conduct industry benchmarking and analyze data to inform product strategies and identify trends.
• Oversee sourcing activities and validate documentation to support business unit objectives.
• Perform root cause analysis on product issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Communicate updates and findings to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Supervise and develop associates, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience managing product lifecycle processes to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs.
• Strong skills in cross-functional project management and collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions to resolve product issues.
• Expertise in developing and executing product strategies based on market research and business intelligence.
• Excellent communication skills to drive alignment and provide clear updates across teams.
• Demonstrated capability to lead teams, mentor associates, and promote continuous learning and development.
