Retail Presentation Consistency - Ensures clear, consistent, and brand-aligned presentation standards across the fleet through guidance, tools, and scalable best practices.

Immersive Associate Training & Resourcing - Develops and delivers engaging, hands‑on training and resources that equip associates with the knowledge and confidence to execute brand‑right presentation and experience standards.

Operations Leadership Alignment - Builds strong partnerships with Operations Support and Store Operations to drive clarity, adoption, and execution of brand experience programs and standards.

Store Communications - Creates, streamlines, and manages the communication systems that guide store teams — ensuring information is timely, actionable, and easy to understand.

Office Environment: Corporate, in‑person internship

U.S. Hub Locations: Bentonville, AR

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program currently
