- Manage all functions of Marketplace.
- Create items and advertising campaigns through Walmart Connect platform.
- Identifying and establishing contacts with decision makers and leveraging existing networks.
- Creating and delivering presentations that communicate the companies’ value proposition and category relevance to current and prospective customers.
- Developing realistic and comprehensive sales forecasts and associated budgets.
- Providing business solutions and feedback to management on customer wants and needs.
- Managing the on‑going relationships across functional areas with customers.
- Coordinating and communicating with internal company departments, while adhering to established company policies, procedures and approval processes.
- Tracking POS sales and statistics on an ongoing basis to identify market trends.
- Analyzing and evaluating changing market conditions and assisting management in developing short‑term and long‑term sales strategies and business objectives.
- Develop tactical and strategic growth plans that align retailer and corporate goals to drive mutual sales and profitable growth.
- BA/BS degree of significant equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years direct consumer product sales experience to major retailers. Walmart Stores, Inc. and Sam’s Club experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to execute and excel in managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced and results‑oriented work environment.
- Proven sales forecasting and budgeting experience.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Proven track record of being able to work independently.
- Highly organized and high energy level with strong negotiation skills.
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook, as well as customer‑based forecasting and business analysis tools. (Retail Link experience).
