• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, sales, advertising, or a related area with 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of experience in business development or market development
• 3+ years of experience in advertising sales, retail media, eCommerce, or a consultative selling environment
• Proven track record of revenue growth through strategic account planning
• Strong financial acumen with an understanding of ROI and advertising impact on business performance
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to convey complex analytics effectively

• Experience preparing and executing budgets
• Leading cross-functional teams
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Advertising, or a related area
• Experience in sales or supervisory roles
