Market Sales Manager

Krispy Kreme’s Market Sales Manager will manage execution, compliance, and growth across assigned customer locations. This role serves as the primary field‑facing partner to customers, Operations, Logistics, and internal stakeholders, ensuring best‑in‑class execution while driving new distribution, display optimization, and revenue growth.

• Conduct regular door audits at customer locations to ensure operational, quality, and merchandising standards are met.
• Identify execution gaps and communicate issues to Operations and Logistics teams, following through to resolution.
• Ensure customer locations consistently meet company and brand standards.

• Act as the first point of contact for customer delivery, product, and display issues.
• Partner with General Managers, Operations, and the 3PL Logistics team to build contingency plans and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Proactively address risks to service, sales, and execution.

• Support territory expansion by coordinating new customer launches and ensuring 3PL readiness and execution excellence.
• Execute display optimization initiatives and sell in incremental space, features, and store‑level opportunities.
• Identify and drive upsell opportunities aligned to customer and business objectives.

• Build strong business relationships with key customer stakeholders, including senior decision makers within national accounts.
• Serve as a trusted partner to customers, identifying opportunities and selling in relevant solutions.

• Leverage reporting tools and dashboards to track key performance metrics, including Sales, APD, SDS %, and Prime Margin %.
• Monitor territory performance against budget and targets, proactively course‑correcting when results are off track.
• Share insights and recommendations with internal partners to drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure best practices are developed, documented, and consistently implemented at the customer level.
• Support execution excellence through standardization and process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of field sales, account management, or customer‑facing experience (CPG or retail preferred).
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Operations, Logistics, and Sales teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales and performance data.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
