WM Account Manager

gpac is partnering with a confidential, growing pet food manufacturer seeking a Senior National Account Manager to lead the Walmart Dog Food and Dog Treat business.

This is a highly visible commercial leadership role responsible for driving profitable sales growth, managing customer relationships, leading Joint Business Planning initiatives, and partnering cross-functionally to grow one of the company's most strategic retail accounts.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing Walmart, specifically within the Dog Food and/or Dog Treat category, and understands how to successfully grow business within one of retail's most competitive environments.

• 5+ years of CPG sales experience
• 3+ years managing Walmart and/or Sam's Club accounts
• Direct Dog Food and/or Dog Treat category experience required
• Experience owning customer relationships and delivering sales growth
• Strong Joint Business Planning (JBP) experience
• Customer P&L ownership
• Sales forecasting and demand planning experience
• Experience leveraging syndicated data (Nielsen, Circana/IRI, Luminate, Scintilla)
• Category Management experience preferred
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to travel up to 15%

Compensation: $120K-$130K Base Salary + July & December discretionary bonuses.
