About the team: The Business Development team at Walmart’s International Marketplace focuses on expanding seller presence across emerging markets, including Mexico. This team drives strategic seller acquisition and pipeline management while collaborating closely with account management, fulfillment, advertising, and channel partnerships. Together, they create seamless go-to-market experiences that support sellers’ growth and success. The team values accountability, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making to meet business objectives.

Members work cross-functionally to foster strong relationships, promote continuous improvement, and deliver impactful results that align with Walmart’s commitment to integrity and customer-centric solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Leadcategoryselleracquisitionfor Mexicoandotheremergingmarkets.
• Identify,buildandmanageahigh-qualitypipelineofstrategicsellers.
• Ownthesalesprocessfromprospectingandpitchingthroughnegotiation,closing,andlaunch.
• Advisesellersonmarketentry,operations,fulfillment,advertising,and localization.
• Partner across Walmartteamstodeliveraseamlessgo-to-market experience.
• Buildexecutiverelationshipsanddevelopgrowthplansthatdrivemeasurableresults.
• Represent Walmart Marketplaceatindustryeventsandexternalmeetings .
• Sharesellerfeedbackandmarketinsightstoimprovestrategy,products,and processes.
• Usedata,market intelligence,andAItoolstoincreaseproductivityandaccelerategrowth.
• Domesticandinternationaltravelasneeded.
