We're looking for an Omni Sales Director to be the quarterback of the business — owning total omnichannel strategy and performance at Walmart and Sam's Club. This isn't a lane, it's the whole field: sales, supply chain, digital execution, retail media, analytics, P&L, accounting, operations, all of it.

This is a high-ownership seat for someone who thrives living in both the strategy and the execution — who brings the same hunger to this business as they would to their own.

• Total omnichannel strategy to win at Walmart & Sam's Club
• Supply chain & replenishment, end-to-end
• Sales analytics & performance reporting
• Digital execution across platforms
• Retail media strategy, start to finish
• Internal & external P&L, including commissions
• Merchant relationships at Walmart and Sam's Club
• The line to brand sales & leadership teams
• Cross-functional coordination with internal support teams

• 5+ years running a Walmart or Sam's Club business, at a supplier or agency
• Real fluency in omnichannel retail — shelf to search to supply chain
• P&L ownership chops, with a sharp eye on what actually drives margin
• A track record of building and growing merchant relationships
• Retail media planning and digital execution experience
• A natural leader who moves with urgency, owns outcomes, and thinks team-first
• Comfort in the chaos — priorities shift, and you're the one who makes it work anyway
