Walmart Sales Analyst

Mackie Myers is partnering with a CPG Brand on a Sales Analyst focused on the Walmart & Sam's Club business.

Our client is a growing consumer products company seeking a highly analytical Walmart Sales Analyst to support a key retail partnership. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert on Walmart reporting, replenishment, forecasting, and sales analytics, helping leadership make informed business decisions and drive continued growth. The Walmart Sales Analyst will be responsible for forecasting demand, analyzing sales performance, managing replenishment metrics, monitoring inventory health, and providing actionable insights to support both Walmart and Sam's Club business. The role requires strong expertise in Walmart systems, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys working independently, can effectively communicate findings to executive leadership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Forecast sales volume and inventory requirements across Walmart and Sam's Club accounts.
• Manage replenishment performance and inventory flow across distribution centers.
• Analyze sales trends, forecast accuracy, in-stock performance, and inventory positions.
• Utilize Walmart systems including Retail Link, Scintilla, Supplier One, and related reporting tools.
• Monitor seasonal programs, modular transitions, item launches, and promotional events.
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting sales, inventory, and service levels.
• Evaluate large datasets and transform insights into actionable recommendations.
• Track key performance indicators including in-stock percentage, weeks of supply, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and sales trends.
• Partner closely with sales, supply chain, operations, and executive leadership teams.
• Communicate proactively with retailer contacts regarding replenishment and inventory opportunities.
• Support new item launches, line reviews, and category growth initiatives.
• Prepare recurring sales and performance reporting for leadership.

• 5+ years of experience supporting Walmart supplier business.
• Extensive experience working with Walmart reporting and replenishment systems.
• Advanced proficiency with Scintilla, Retail Link, and Supplier One.
• Strong forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate insights effectively.
• Experience working directly with Walmart distribution center inventory and replenishment processes.

• Experience supporting both Walmart and Sam's Club business.
• Background within consumer packaged goods (CPG), food, beverage, or related industries.li>
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
