Membership Sales Associate (MSA) – Full-Time Sales Role with Real Earning Potential | Location Glide Xpress Car Wash | Full-Time | $18–$20/hour + Commission

Commission on membership sales

Top performers regularly earn $60,000–$70,000+ annually

• Greet customers and confidently start conversations
• Present and sell Glide Xpress membership plans
• Explain pricing, value, and benefits in a clear, honest way
• Create a positive, memorable customer experience
• Track your sales and work toward daily and monthly goals
• Stay active and engaged throughout your shift (outdoors and on your feet)
• Support your team in hitting site-wide performance targets
