Talent Fish is casting a line for a Data Coordinator (Laboratory). This is a contract role based onsite in Bentonville, AR.

The purpose of this position is to support increased lab volume by coordinating, organizing, analyzing, and reporting test data while assisting laboratory staff with documentation, equipment tracking, and basic testing support.

• Strong Excel skills (data entry, comparisons, basic analysis, charts/graphs)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience working with data in structured or regulated environments
• Ability to follow test plans, datasheets, and defined procedures
• Comfort working with basic laboratory equipment and documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in a lab environment and collaborate with engineers and lab staff
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or equivalent practical experience preferred

• Enter, compare, organize, and analyze test data in Excel
• Record and explain test results; prepare charts, graphs, and reports
• Support lab testing activities and documentation with senior staff
• Operate basic laboratory equipment and tools as directed
• Maintain routine care of designated test equipment and work areas
• Extract and input information using computer systems and lab software
• Follow defined test plans and datasheets
• Review test data with supervisors and engineers
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and instructions
• Document observed and calculated results accurately
• Communicate with stakeholders during setup and testing when needed
• Follow all safety, security, and code of conduct requirements
• Apply continuous improvement practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

The expected salary range for this position is $14 - $18 per hour
