Corporate Security Manager - Global Security

It is an exciting time in global security as Walmart transitions to a new campus, we are exploring new technologies and combining it with professional experience to make Walmart the safest place to work.

The Corporate Security Manager - Global Security will be responsible for leading and developing pro-active security professionals, adjusting policies and procedures to meet the changing environment, and requiring proactive risk spotting and execution of solutions.

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of security professionals - this may include bike patrol, vehicle patrol, and on-site building security - by setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Ensure full compliance with operational standards while driving consistent accountability across your areas of responsibility.
• Take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential risks, implementing solutions that not only enhance safety but also improve efficiency for our associates.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure preparedness and support for any security-related concerns.
• Manage budgets with discipline and precision, aligning with Walmart's mission of Everyday Low Cost (EDLC) while delivering operational excellence.

• Proven Leadership: A seasoned leader with a background in safety, security, investigations, or related fields - someone who can lead with confidence and experience in dynamic environments.
• Sound Judgment Under Pressure:
  Strong decision-making skills with the ability to remain calm and exercise professional judgment in high-pressure or complex situations.
• Organizational Excellence:
  Highly organized with a talent for breaking down complex scenarios, prioritizing tasks, and driving efficient, effective responses during incidents.
• Exceptional Communication:
  Clear, confident communicator - both written and verbal - with outstanding de-escalation skills that foster trust, reduce tension, and support positive outcomes in sensitive situations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Emergency Management, Risk Management, Security, or related field and 1 year’s experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in the same domains.

Annual salary range: $70,000.00 - $.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
