Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Control-M Enterprise Manager and Control-M/Agent.
- Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripts, Windows Power Shell, or Python.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) on job failures.
- Designing, creating, and managing job schedules, including dependencies and data processing tasks.
- Utilizing Control-M monitoring to track job execution in real-time, resolving errors and investigating root causes.
- Installing, upgrading, and patching Control-M components (Servers, Agents) on Windows/Unix environments.
- Managing user authorization and ensuring audit requirements are met through centralized control.
