Position Summary...

• Manage crisis events by coordinating responders and resources to ensure timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships to enhance emergency preparedness and response capabilities.
• Conduct data-driven assessments of security risks to people, operations, and assets, translating findings into actionable business risk insights.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies aligned with industry standards and company policies to protect company assets.
• Supervise and develop security team members through mentoring, training, and performance management.
• Build and support relationships with operating partners in different business types.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and promote a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in crisis, risk, and emergency management within complex organizational environments.
• Strong expertise in security management and physical security operations aligned with industry standards.
• Ability to lead incident response efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners effectively.
• Demonstrated skills in conducting data-driven security risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Experience mentoring and developing associates to build high-performing, accountable teams.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and provide clear event updates.
• Commitment to ethical standards, compliance, and continuous improvement in security practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $ Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Emergency Management, Risk Management, Security, or related field and 1 year’s experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area.
