The Global Investigation-US team is dedicated to safeguarding company assets by identifying risks and conducting thorough investigations into complex issues. Collaborating with business units and law enforcement, the team ensures compliance with ethical standards. Utilizing advanced investigative methods, data analysis, and clear communication, members deliver actionable insights supporting strategic decisions. The team promotes continuous learning, adaptability, and effective risk management within a collaborative environment, maintaining global quality and consistency while upholding the highest standards of conduct across all operations.
Whatyou'll do
- Conduct thorough investigations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to assess business impact and identify risks.
- Assemble comprehensive evidential packages for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Manage intake and communication of potential threats, vulnerabilities, and fraud, providing expert guidance on response protocols.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support investigative projects, develop tools, and recommend process improvements.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with company values.
- Proven experience in conducting internal and fraud investigations with strong case management skills.
- Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify risks, trends, and root causes.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with legal counsel and leadership.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing investigative teams and cross-functional projects.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to integrity and compliance.
- Proficiency in data collection, research methodologies, and evidence assembly.
- Capacity to develop innovative investigative tools and reporting formats for business impact.

SalaryThe annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $ Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
