What We’re Looking For:
  • Certifications: ASE Certification in Automatic Transmission/Transaxle (A2) and Manual Drive Train & Axles (A3) is highly preferred. GM Factory Certification is a major plus.

  • Experience: Proven track record of diagnosing, stripping, and rebuilding complex transmissions.

  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to utilize advanced diagnostic scanners and software to pinpoint electronic and mechanical failures.

  • Efficiency: A "fixed right the first time" mentality with a focus on high productivity.

  • Integrity: A commitment to transparency and excellence in every repair.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose complex transmission and drivetrain issues using electronic tools and road testing.

  • Perform high-quality repairs, replacements, and rebuilds on a variety of vehicles (heavy focus on Chevrolet/GM).

  • Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and estimated timelines.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
