Job Overview
Full time (40 hrs/week). Maintenance role covering carpentry, painting, finishing, minor plumbing, and electrical.
Responsibilities- Maintain, repair, and install heating, air conditioning, plumbing, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and their control systems.
- At least 4 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Technical or trade school graduate.
- 7 years of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC experience (preferred).
