As an Asphalt Roller Operator
, you will be responsible for compacting asphalt to achieve the desired density and smoothness. This position is vital to producing a top-quality surface, and candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate asphalt rollers to properly compact pavement layers.
• Adjust rolling patterns and speeds based on project requirements.
• Inspect equipment daily and report any mechanical issues.
• Uphold strict safety guidelines to protect the crew and public.

• Experience operating rollers or similar machinery preferred.
• Knowledge of compaction techniques and asphalt behavior.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
