Shop Mechanic

As a Shop Mechanic
, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of heavy machinery and vehicles within our central facility. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong safety focus.

• Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory
• Uphold shop safety protocols and cleanliness

• Experience in mechanical repair of heavy construction equipment
• Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with OEM guidelines
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred
