Field Service Technician II – Fayetteville, AR

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician to support our customers by installing, maintaining, and servicing electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self‑checkout systems. The role requires travel, customer communication, and hands‑on troubleshooting in an assigned territory.

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service electromechanical equipment within an assigned territory
• Perform maintenance, repair, and system overhauls
• Manage network faults, configuration, security, and remote system access
• Maintain excellent customer communication and problem resolution

• Local candidate to specific geographic area
• Authorized to work in the US
• At least 19 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and driving record satisfying fleet requirements
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
• Ability to perform essential functions without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day
• Rotating and weekend shifts
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, or equipment up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and repetitive tasks with hands

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, or N+ Certification
• One or more years of related experience
