Position Summary
The Technician, Wall Crew plays a vital role in maintaining and remodeling office environments by installing, repairing, and relocating fixtures, furniture, and modular walls. The role demands adherence to safety standards and collaboration with other technical teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently, with strong organizational and communication skills.
What You'll Do- Adhere to company and OSHA safety policies, ensuring the safety of personnel, equipment, and property, and provide safety instructions as needed.
- Maintain onsite storage areas by organizing, labeling materials, and keeping them clean and orderly.
- Perform maintenance and remodeling tasks: relocating office layouts, installing wall fixtures, shelves, lighting, and furniture for work orders and special events.
- Collaborate with electricians, cabling, and HVACR technicians to complete remodeling projects efficiently.
- Interface with customers to assess workspace needs, make adjustments, and document completed projects accurately.
- Prioritize and complete assignments using company policies, data, and resources while communicating progress effectively.
- Proven experience in construction and renovation, including maintenance and repair of office layouts and fixtures.
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and safety training.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with electricians, cabling, and HVACR technicians.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain onsite storage, label materials, and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Commitment to ethical standards and conduct, demonstrating integrity and accountability.

$19.00 – $35.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional premiums may be paid up to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Minimum Qualifications- Vocational or technical certification and 5 years of experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade.
- 7 years of experience in one of the same trades, if not certified.
- Valid driver’s license. Eligibility for a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required.
- 1 year’s experience using intermediate-level word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
