EW Heavy Equipment Operators

At Arco Excavation & Paving, candidates will operate machinery such as excavators, dozers, loaders, and graders for site development projects. Ideal candidates have strong mechanical skills and an unwavering commitment to safety.

• Operate heavy machinery for earthmoving, grading, and back filling.
• Perform equipment checks and minor maintenance.
• Read and interpret grade stakes and project plans.
• Coordinate with crew members to maintain efficient workflows.

• Experience with various heavy equipment (excavators, dozers, loaders, etc.).
• Familiarity with GPS or laser-based grade control is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is advantageous but not required.
