LaborMAX Staffing - - Responsibilities:
Demolish, remove, and safely dispose of old carpets, hardwood, or tile flooring;
Scrape, sand, sweep, and patch subfloors to build a smooth, level base;
Load, unload, and stage heavy bundles of flooring and equipment safely;
Measure, cut, and layout materials under the direct supervision of the lead installer;
Mix and apply mortars, grouts, sealants, adhesives, or baseboard trim as directed
