- Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural components
- Clean and inspect all aspects of parking garages
- Inspect and evaluate roofs
- Maintain and install exterior signage
- Operate snow removal equipment
- Power wash hard exterior surfaces
- Inspect and clean windows when needed
- Wipe down and inspect exterior furniture
- Remove leaves and debris
- Pick up building and site trash
- Coordinate resources, monitor project progress, and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules
- Support office relocations and remodels
- Maintain compliance with safety and company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong communication skills
- Construction experience
- Concrete repair skills
- Knowledge of operating equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, scissor lifts, excavators, and boom lifts
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to enter, edit, and update work order information in a ticketing system
- Ability to work in inclement weather, both hot and cold
- Ability to work at heights
- Construction drivers license listed as a preferred qualification
- Must comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace and no-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and alcohol on the job
Demonstrates expertise in preventive maintenance and minor repairs across various building systems, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. Proficient in operating heavy equipment and ensuring compliance with safety policies while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
