We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to take the field lead on a major, multi‑year healthcare construction project in Bentonville, Arkansas. This is a rare opportunity to run the electrical scope on a large, complex, high‑visibility build with an established electrical contractor known for quality, innovation, and long‑term stability.

What You’ll Lead:
- Daily field operations for a large‑scale healthcare facility
- Oversight of electricians, foremen, and subcontractors across multiple phases
- Installation of advanced electrical systems, infrastructure, and equipment
- Coordination with GC, trades, engineers, and project management
- Enforcement of safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Scheduling, manpower planning, and productivity tracking
- Problem‑solving in fast‑moving environments with complex electrical scopes
- Collaboration with BIM/VDC, prefabrication, and logistics teams
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of electrical field leadership (Superintendent, General Foreman, or similar)
- Experience on large commercial, healthcare, mission‑critical, or institutional projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, and NEC requirements
- Ability to lead crews, manage workflow, and maintain high‑quality standards
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset and commitment to safety
