Ever Hope is looking for a dedicated and energetic Youth Support Staff member to play a vital role in empowering young individuals through mentorship, support, and program engagement. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with youth from diverse backgrounds, including those from underserved communities and high-risk populations. As a Youth Support Staff member, you will foster positive development, provide behavioral guidance, and collaborate with partners to create a safe and nurturing environment.

Position OverviewYouth Support Staff provide daily care, supervision, and support to residents while helping maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment. This role focuses on mentorship, relationship-building, and supporting youth in reaching their goals.
Youth Support Staff – Full-Time Swing ShiftMonday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
What You’ll Do- Build positive relationships and engage with youth in daily activities
- Provide supervision and help maintain a safe, supportive environment
- Support behavioral, emotional, and developmental growth
- Communicate important updates with leadership and care teams
- Collaborate with counseling, education, and case management staff
- Transport residents to appointments or activities as needed
- Participate in required trainings and team meetings
- Model professionalism, healthy boundaries, and positive communication
- Be 21 years or older
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Pass required background, child maltreatment, and drug screening
- Be comfortable working in an active environment with children and teens
- Be able to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds
Helpful but not required: experience working with youth, childcare, mentoring, education, behavioral health, or social services.
