What you'll do:
Develop, test, and maintain Java applications for Central Fill facilities.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and enhance solutions focused on Central Fill projects.
Drive development of innovative strategies to optimize operations and streamline processes.
Participate in the full lifecycle of project development – requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and ongoing support.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address business needs, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
What you'll bring:- Proven expertise in object‑oriented programming and Java development.
- Hands‑on experience with Java, Kafka, Cosmos, and SQL.
- Strong technical acumen in platform design, API development, and component services.
- Experience with iterative development, continuous integration/delivery, and Dev Ops tooling.
- Root‑cause analysis, production troubleshooting, and sustainable solution implementation.
- Clear, documentation‑focused coding and comprehensive testing practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- 2‑4 years of software engineering experience, with recent work in Java.
- Master’s degree in a related technical discipline.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and accessibility best practices.
- Leadership of small engineering teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 – $Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
