Creative Developer

As a Creative Developer (m/f/x) you will work closely with the UX and visual design team. You develop best-in-class front-ends for brand websites and web-based software applications as well as protoypes for design fictions and applications for generative design.

As a Creative Developer you are not locked into any backend or frontend technology. Even if your focus is on web development, you are always open to new technologies and willing to learn about new tasks. You have the opportunity to make a special contribution and actively develop further the technology stack for think moto.

What you will do:

• Frontend-development of demanding layouts and UX patterns for dynamic websites, microsites and web-based applications
• Development of interactive prototypes and proof-of-concepts
• Support the designers in projects as diverse as Chatbot building or VR/AR environment design
• Actively develop the think moto tech stack
• Your are an active team member in integrated design sprints
• You work in projects with international team colleagues and clients in German and English

• You have at least 4 years programming experience
• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Media Technology or similar studies
• Experience in the professional use of Word Press, kirby and/or other lightweight CMS
• Experience in using frameworks:
  React
  
  JS, Angular
  
  JS... (you know your stack better than we do, so tell us about it!)
• Commitment to continuous optimisation of our team processes and technology stack
• You appreciate good UX and usability and know what is important when implementing responsive layouts
• You have a high affinity to design and a desire for close collaboration with designers
• Personal responsibility and quality awareness
• You actively contribute your own ideas and suggestions, already in the conception phase of the project
