UST is searching for a React Developer who will design, develop, and maintain Java‑based applications using core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and related frameworks.

• Write clean, efficient, scalable, and testable code, following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and maintainability.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects across development, QA, and production environments.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (architects, QA, Dev Ops, product owners, UI teams) to deliver features and enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, API docs, and deployment notes.
• Integrate applications with databases and external services, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Work closely with Dev Ops for CI/CD pipelines, deployments, containerization, and cloud‑based services.
• Analyze system requirements, contribute to architectural discussions, and participate in sprint planning.
• Ensure application performance, security, and availability through monitoring and optimization.
• Optimize system performance and reliability, including tuning JVM, database queries, and microservices communication patterns.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, collaborating with Dev Ops for automation, observability, and infrastructure improvements.

• Solid experience in large‑scale distributed systems and event‑driven architectures
• Experience working on React library with latest concepts like hooks
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform
• Experience with Redux, Graph
  
  QL, architecture
• Experience writing unit tests with Jest, Enzyme/React‑Native testing library
• Proficiency in building using NodeJS, including creating RESTful APIs
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, good communication (written & verbal) skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team are also important for this role.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Compensation Range
: $75,000-$113,000

Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
